Reunion is the private practice of Dr Donna Stewart, DTCM, L.Ac., PT. Donna established Peninsula Family Acupuncture in 2003, proudly serving the St Johns neighborhood and the greater Portland area. In 2022, Donna decided to rename the practice Reunion.

  Why Reunion?

Reunion is the heart of healing. My career is a journey to understand the dynamics of illness, injury, health, and healing. The human being is intended to function as an integrated whole, and humans together are intended to function as one race on planet Earth. Illness and injury create estrangement within the human being, and pain and trauma create estrangement between people. Applying healing to humanity encourages a multi-dimensional reunion within and between ourselves.

Reunion with the body: healing and restoring our precious vessel, and lovingly accepting what cannot be healed

Reunion with mind: partnering with our highest thoughts to advance our potential and the potential of all humanity

Reunion with nature: understanding our place within the ecosystem, taking our nourishment and safeguarding resources for all

Reunion with spirit: recognizing and cherishing the epic beauty of the human soul

Reunion with community: embracing the gifts each of us brings, and recognizing the well-being of our community to be the same as our own

After three decades of exploration, it is time to put Reunion at the center of this practice.
